I can hear audio, but get no streaming video

Check to see that the version of QuickTime installed is v7 or greater.

The page isn't laid out correctly, I see the images all over the place.

Try using a browser listed below. If using Internet Explorer please use v7 or later.

I'm behind a firewall and get errors when the video tries to play.

Your site may require authentication to your firewall or proxy server. On Windows, QuickTime does not read Internet Explorer's proxy settings so you may need to bypass authentication for the host streaming.parliament.act.gov.au. The video streaming uses the RTSP protocol via port 80.

The video is choppy.

The speed of your internet connection may be impaired by other users at your internet service provider, or other people using your internet connection. Try using this site at a different (non-peak) time of day. If you have a limited amount of memory in your computer, try restarting it before using this site.
